If all goes according to plan, students may return to the Oakdale Junior High and Oakdale High School campuses next month. A letter from the district detailing the planned return was sent out last week, indicating it’s hoped the pieces fall into place for the opening of the secondary sites.
Stanislaus County Public Health will
continue vaccinating individuals over the age of 65 and expand operations to
include those over age 50 in the food and agriculture, education, and emergency
services sectors starting Monday, Feb. 22.
Parents of Oakdale Joint Unified School
District students received an email Wednesday, Feb. 10 sharing the updated plan
to reopen the secondary school sites within the district.
Stanislaus County Public Health was
notified that appointments were made available in error through California’s
“My Turn” application for the Oakdale COVID‐19 Vaccine Clinic.

Stanislaus County Public Health’s COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics will be open for individuals identified in Phase 1A and seniors aged 65 and older. Vaccines are available to Stanislaus County residents only. If you reside in a different county but work in Stanislaus County, you may be eligible to receive the vaccine if your job is identified under the current Phase/Tiers.
Vaccination screening forms will be provided at the clinics. If you want to fill out the screening form prior to arriving at the clinic, you can download a copy from the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency website at schsa.org.
