While Missouri continues to increase the number of COVID-19 vaccines, Scott County remains one of the top-10 counties in the state for percentage of residents who have received the vaccine.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, 8.9% of Missourians have received at least one dose of the vaccine with 154,270 receiving doses in the last week. Just under 3% have received two doses of the vaccine.
As of Tuesday morning, Scott County is sixth in Missouri with 14% of residents receiving a dose of the vaccine. In Scott County, 6,357 doses have been given to residents with 5,373 receiving one dose and 978 receiving both doses. In the past week, 847 doses have been given to Scott County residents.

(KFVS) - Road conditions continue to improve throughout the Heartland on Friday.
Most major roadways are clear, but slick spots and black ice are possible.
Also, many side roads, parking lots and sidewalks will likely still be covered or have slicks spots.
With temperatures below freezing, any remaining precipitation on roadways, parking lots and sidewalk can refreeze, even after spreading salt.
