ML ) SaaS-based Fintech solutions provider, is pleased to announce, effective immediately, updates and appointments to the company s Board of Directors, as well as a Strategic Advisor.
Wayne Welter, currently an Independent Board Member, will be assuming the role of Chairman, and Stuart Hensman, will be joining as Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. Also joining QuantGate, as Strategic Advisor, is Dinesh Kandanchatha. Michel Lebeuf, Chief Legal Officer and board member will be stepping down immediately to pursue personal interests. The Company wishes to extend their thanks to Mr. Lebeuf for his contribution over the last few years, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
