After AEW Dynamite went off the air, the following matches were taped for next week s edition of AEW Dark - Elevation: Darby Allin with Sting defeated Angelico. There was a faceoff with Darby and Sting and Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky. Hikaru Shida defeated Julia Hart. Wheeler Yuta, Orange Cassidy & Chuck Taylor defeated Private Party & Jora. Jungle Boy pinned Lee Johnson. Scorpio Sky defeated Sean Dean. Brian Cage beat Alan Angels. Red Velvet defeated Leila Grey.
There was very little of the crowd that left after Dynamite, so a good 90% stayed for the Elevation matches.

If you are a fan of Cassidy, then his bout with Angelico was the best of the bunch. If you want to skip OC, then check out Serpentico and Martin for high-flying theatrics. Thunder Rosa and Deeb were entertaining with their aggressiveness. Shida always puts on a good show. Sky made a mockery of his opponent’s hairstyle.
Winfree’s AEW Dark: Elevation (Ep. 17) Review
Hello everyone, Winfree back for another episode of AEW Dark: Elevation. Up tonight appearances by Serena Deeb, Scorpio Sky, Hikaru Shida, and Orange Cassidy among others. This is a fairly short episode tonight, only 43 minutes, so let’s not waste too much time on the preamble. We do have fans in attendance for this set of tapings, for those keeping track of that. Match #1: Thunder Rosa vs. Leila Grey
They tie up, get to the corner and Grey tries a cheap shot but Rosa avoids it and chops her a few times. More corner offense from Rosa, she beats Grey down to the mat then hits a stiff looking basement drop kick. Rosa with a kick to the spine, tosses Grey down then hits a knee and drills her with the Fire Thunder Driver to win.
