Danakali halts ASX trading for fundraising of up to GBP16 million

(Alliance News) - Danakali Ltd on Tuesday said it has received approval from the Australian Securities Exchange to halt trading in its shares in order to undertake a fundraising.
Trading on the London Stock Exchange continued, and Danakali was down 12% at 25.00 pence in London on Tuesday morning.
The Colluli potash project developer said the fundraising is being conducted in Australia and the UK. It will take place in a single tranche and will not exceed a level requiring the publication of a prospectus in the UK, resulting in a maximum capacity to issue up to 63 million shares. That would raise GBP15.8 million at the current market price.
Vast Resources says mining has started at Baita Plai polymetallic mine

(Alliance News) - Vast Resources PLC on Tuesday said the decline project to level 19 is progressing on schedule and mining of fresh higher grade ore at its Baita Plai polymetallic mine in Romania has begun.
The AIM-listed mining company operating in Romania and Zimbabwe said mining and concentrate production will continue uninterrupted during the development phase at Baita Plai, with underground production currently focused on levels 17 and 18 as well as the new mining area on level 19.
Shares in Vast Resources were up 36% at 0.11 pence in London on Tuesday.
