The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on February 3 at approximately 10:30 p.m., deputies and investigators responded to a call in the Town of Waterloo for a male who forcibly broke into a residence.
As result of the investigation deputies say a Geneva man was taken into custody.
Trevon G Clark, 23, of Geneva is accused of unlawfully entering the residence and while inside engaging in physical altercations with its residents.

Police say a 20-year-old Seneca Falls resident was arrested and another person required stitches after an incident on December 29th.
A warrant was issued for Malik Perry’s arrest after the Seneca Falls man struck another person in the face with a closed fist.
The victim needed stitches to close the wound, according to police. Perry was charged with assault and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
