Glasgow health board issues apology over lab error causing delay in positive test results at care home THE Health board has issued an apology after a lab error caused a delay in positive test results being reported to a care home. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde say they have written to residents and families to apologise for the error involving tests at Orchard Grove care home run by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP). The error involved nine positive test results, out of a batch of 95 samples, which were taken as part of the response to a number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the care home.
