DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ASSAULT THEN ROBBERY A volatile domestic violence situation accelerated to a robbery Thursday. Dakota Andrew Thorstenson, 25, from Sioux Falls, is charged with a number of counts, including aggravated assault domestic, robbery, and gun offenses. Police say Thorstenson took his girlfriend’s handgun and racked it while holding it.
