India is struggling with the second wave of the coronavirus infection as hospitals in several states are reeling under a shortage of medical oxygen and beds.
The IAF is currently transporting empty cryogenic oxygen tankers from three destinations outside India, a statement issued by it said.
Three tankers from Bangkok, four from Singapore and six from Dubai were airlifted to India using the C-17 aircraft, it added.

The song also features Disha Patani.

The medical schemes regulator has banned the imposition of excessive co-payments on patients who choose health-care providers outside the networks chosen by their medical schemes.

PATIALA: Cracking a blind murder and robbery case in which a 65-year-old woman died of Asphyxia after being mouth wrapped with a tape by the robbers, the police in Patiala has arrested two accused involved in the crime while the hunt to arrest third accused was on.
The police said that one of the arrested accused identified as Vikram had plotted the crime and was a Munshi to an advocate and son of the deceased woman. The police said that Vikram was associated with the family members for over five years. The police revealed that accused Vikram of Sanaur and Amarinder of Laluchi village was arrested while their accomplice Gagandeep of Sanaur was yet to be nabbed.
