Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park resuming in-person shows, announces spring events In-person performances are returning to the Marx Theatre at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. The Playhouse announced a slate of new events for the spring - and they include the first in-person performance in over a year. The performances will be limited engagements featuring nationally recognized theatre artists, according to a press release. In true pandemic style, the theatre will also have three outdoor performance events, two new pod plays, 25 different virtual enrichment workshops and two streaming productions. The virtual enrichment workshops will be for kids, teenagers and adults this spring. They are taught by professional theatre artists and include a variety of crafts, writing, design and performance activities. The workshops begin the week of April 22. Cost is $30 - $60, depending on the number of sessions in the workshop.
