The following are excerpts from the Maynard police log from Monday, Feb. 1, to Sunday, Feb. 7. The log is public record and available for review. All persons are presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
Monday, Feb. 1
2:57 a.m.: An officer reported a suspicious man from out of town with a restraining order against him driving around Maynard.
12:16 p.m.: An erratic driver was reported at Acton and Conant streets. The area search was negative.
2:43 p.m.: A Great Road resident reported a neighbor was standing in the driveway and not letting him back in. Police responded to the ongoing civil land dispute, and both individuals involved agreed to not use the driveway until the matter was settled in court.
