The property, which is mostly woods, is on the westbound side of Route 9 after Price Chopper and South Street. SHREWSBURY  Town and economic officials welcomed the news that Boch Shrewsbury Worcester had purchased land along Route 9 and are looking forward to any potential developments on the property.
