ISLAMABAD: The executive board of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday allowed to file two corruption references, eight inquiries and similar number of investigations against a former chief minister, ministers, parliamentarians and others.
Reports said the NAB allowed inquiries against the KP Minister for Information Shaukat Ali Yousafzai and former chief minister Balochistan, Nawab Sanaullah Zehri, besides holding inquiries against MNA Sardar Jafar Khan Leghari and Raja Khan Mehar. While it also ordered closing the inquiry against former chief minister Punjab and former federal minister Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo. The meeting of the executive board was chaired by chairman NAB, Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal, in which it approved filing of two corruption references, eight inquires and eight investigations.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has approved 16 new corruption inquiries, including against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Shaukat Yousafzai and former Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri.
An executive board meeting chaired by NAB chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal approved to file a corruption reference of Rs 21 billion against former chairman Karachi Port Trust Ahmed Hayat.
A reference of Rs 980 million will be filed on corruption in the clean water supply project in Balochistan.
Former National Assembly member Jaffar Leghari will also be investigated for corruption. On this occasion, the Chairman NAB said that eradication of corruption and corruption free Pakistan is the top priority of NAB.
Shaukat Khanum, other facilities vaccinate healthcare professionals against corona

LAHORE:Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC) begins vaccinating its frontline healthcare professionals against Covid-19. A special Covid-19 vaccination camp has been installed outside the main hospital building where frontline healthcare professionals, who are directly working with Covid-19 patients, are being administered the vaccine. The Chief Medical Officer/acting CEO of Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Dr Muhammad Aasim Yusuf said the hospital has been provided with 300 dozes of Sino Pharm vaccine by the government. This type of vaccine can only be administered to people below age of sixty years.
