(File photo) Malcouronne appealed the decision, arguing that the judge had been wrong to find that he had behaved in a manner that amounted to harassment. He wanted the order against him set aside, and he did not believe costs should lay where they fell. The appeal was heard by Justice Karen Clark in October. In a just-released decision, the judge has thrown out the restraining order placed on Malcouronne and said he was entitled to costs.

Court lists Here are some recent cases to be heard before the courts in Swindon and Salisbury. CHIPPENHAM: Shane Bowers, 33, has been fined £216 after using a mobile phone while driving. Bowers, of Frog Lane in Great Somerford, was caught on July 2 last year on the B4069 Sutton Benger Road. He pleaded guilty on March 2. ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Adam Williams, 40, faces a number charges. He allegedly damaged a perspex protection screen and two pairs of headphones, to the value of £120, at the Best One Store and Longleaze in Royal Wootton Bassett on November 13 last year. Williams, of Shakespeare Road, is also accused of beating four separate people and being in possession of both an extendable baton and cannabis on the same date. No plea has been listed and the case will call again later this year.
