Jamal Harris, 36, is facing murder charges. The victims were fatally shot in Marrero, Louisiana after Troulliet complained that her online date did not look like his profile photo, describing him as having a pumpkin head.

MANATEE COUNTY, FL Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells was sworn in for his second term Tuesday afternoon, the sheriff s office tweeted. The Hon. Gilbert Smith, Jr. presided over a small ceremony for the sheriff s family and command staff.
At the event, Wells, who ran unopposed, thanked his family and staff for their support over the last four years. They say that a good leader is surrounded by good people. WAUCHULA, Fla. - It s been 14 years since the body of Amber Woods was found along a Manatee County road, but on Monday, detectives said three arrests have now been made.
Three siblings face charges in the cold case, Sheriff Rick Wells explained Monday morning. He identified them as 35-year-old Ralph Williams, 32-year-old Tyjuan Williams, and 37-year-old Jamaine Brown.
Brown is the half-brother to the other two suspects.
Amber, who was 16 years old, was found dead along State Road 62, three miles west of the Hardee County line on Feb. 11, 2006. She was last seen alive by her aunt at their home in the 3100 block of SR-62 in Hardee County around 12:30 a.m.
Phone records lead to break in 14-year-old Manatee County cold case
MANATEE COUNTY – Fourteen years after 16-year-old Amber Woods was brutally murdered and left on the side of a rural Manatee County Road, three brothers long suspected of being involved in her death have been charged.
Ralph Williams, 36, and Tyjuan Williams, 32, who are both in jail on unrelated charges, are charged with second-degree murder, while their half-brother, Jamaine Brown, 37, is charged with kidnapping and accessory after the fact to murder.
The arrests were announced by Sheriff Rick Wells during a press conference at the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office District 3 Office at 10 a.m. Monday.
