Sheffield United Women’s defender Ocean Rolandsen has signed a permanent contract with the club after joining on a short-term deal in January.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a successful spell since arriving from Watford, starting all nine games the club has played since joining, with Neil Redfearn’s side going unbeaten in eight of them, with Rolandsen a mainstay.
The former Chelsea Academy graduate previously represented London Bees as well as the Hornets before swapping south for north in January after the FA Women’s National League was postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Rolandsen has been a solid presence both offensively and defensively in the Blades side and got her first assist against Middlesbrough in last month’s Vitality FA Women’s Cup tie.
Dismal draw sees more precious points trickle away 1 Posted 13/05/2021 at 17:05:58 Tough on Tom but it makes sense I suppose. Maybe Sigurdsson on the bench with Doucouré given a freer role would have pleased many of us. We will see! Ray Smith 2 Posted 13/05/2021 at 17:09:14 I ve tuned in to Sky to watch the build up to the match, and what do we get? Man Utd & Liverpool.
Typical Sky, totally ignoring Everton & Villa. Dave Ganley 3 Posted 13/05/2021 at 17:11:00 Yeah, I agree, a bit harsh on Tom but Doucouré gives us so much more energy and presence in the midfield.
Decent line-up, just hope that Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison have their firing boots on.
Another Ancelotti away masterclass as he takes Moyes to school That s 8 Defensive players. Horrible team. Thomas Richards Flick the on/off button. Brent Stephens Ian, who from the bench would you start instead? and instead of who? Colin Glassar No live forum? That bad, eh? Brian Williams Ian#1 Rob Halligan #1, don t Fucking watch it then. Bill Rodgers 7 Posted 09/05/2021 at 15:39:19 If Davies is playing then Doucoré must have only one good leg or is suffering from double vision. Imagine sitting in the training room just now Listen Tom, when you get the ball, you don t pass backwards, you don t go sidewards and you don t give it away. Nod if
