NIA files charge sheet against 7, including six Pakistani nationals, in narcotics seizure case NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday said that it has filed a charge sheet against seven accused, including six Pakistani nationals, in a case related to the seizure of 237 kilograms of narcotics in Gujrat. The charge sheet has been filed before the Ahmedabad NIA Special Court under sections of 120B, 201 of IPC and section 17 and 18 of Unlawful Activities of Prevention Act and sections 23, 28, 29, 30 and 32(B) (e) of NDPS Act. While the accused– Safdar Ali, Alahi Daad Angiyara, Azim Khan aka Azeem Khan, Abdul Aziz, Abdul Gafur, and Mohamad Malah– are residents of Karachi in Pakistan, Ramjhan is a resident of Dwarka in Gujarat.
