Mehari Mathewos, 46, of Hillcross Walk, Hodge Hill, has been charged in relation to incidents in Babbs Mill Park, Shard End and nearby areas.
He was set to appear in court today.
West Midlands Police tweeted saying: Mehari Mathewos, 46, of Hillcross Walk, Hodge Hill, Birmingham, has been charged with 17 counts of indecent exposure in relation to incidents in Babbs Mill Park, Shard End and nearby areas. The 46-year-old was remanded to appear at Birmingham Mags today.
