Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories said today it will raise its starting hourly wage to $16 per hour.
The company also announced that it is looking for 50 people to join their manufacturing teams working in Pullman and Lewiston.
The 50 job openings are for entry-level production employees who will assemble the electronic devices SEL invents.
SEL last raised its starting wage from $14.50 to $15.50 per hour in April 2020.
