Vodafone Fiji Pte Ltd is providing smartphones at heavily subsidised prices to ensure people have a smartphone with careFiji App installed and active to help assist in the Government’s fight against COVID-19.
According to a statement from the company the RUIO Smartphone at only $89 reduced from its normal price of $149 – a discount of 40 per cent or $60 per device until stocks last.
Vodafone’s regional chief executive officer Pradeep Lal said this was a time to step up and join hands in national interest to fight a common enemy and help the initiatives of the relevant ministries and government.
Vodafone Fiji is making available for purchase immediately and until stocks last its RUIO Smartphone at only $89 reduced from its normal price of $149 – a discount of 40 per cent or $60 per device. .

Vodafone Fiji is maintaining its position on issues faced by M-PAiSA users and has asked the public to bear with them.
“As I said before, these are not normal times,” Vodafone Fiji head of e-commerce and corporate affairs Shailendra Prasad said.
“Vodafone is doing its best with all the lockdowns and restrictions to continue to provide the service in a very difficult operating environment.”
He said because the service required staff members to physically take cash out to agents, this put them in a difficult position.

Vodafone Fiji says this is to ensure people who may need to go out and about in public places to conduct their daily chores have a smartphone with careFiji installed and active to help assist in the Government’s fight against COVID-19.
The mobile company is making available for purchase immediately and until stocks last its RUIO Smartphone at $89 reduced from its normal price of $149.
