With gyms intermittently closed for almost a year now, the British public have tried, and largely failed, to foster an effective home workout routine.
And even if you have the motivation to nail your 2021 resolution, with home-workout gear flying off the shelves faster than toilet roll, it has become almost impossible for most people to get their hands on the necessary tools to get started.
This gaping hole in the market has been plugged by Pete Gardner, a 53-year-old personal trainer who brings the gym with him wherever he goes.

A SCLEDDAU driver must pay £344 and has had six points put on his licence after using a mobile phone behind the wheel. Gareth Rhys Griffiths of Dwr-Bach was spotted driving his Vauxhall Combo while using a hand-held mobile telephone on the A40 northbound at Scleddau on July 18, 2020. The 32-year-old was not present at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Friday, January 8, and the case was found proved in his absence under the Single Justice Procedure. He was fined £220 and must also pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge by February 5. Magistrates also endorsed Griffiths licence with six penalty points.

Since 2019, all new models launched by Groupe PSA (Paris:UG) come with either all-electric or plug-in hybrid powertrains. The aim is for the Group s entire passenger car and LCV range to be electrified by 2025.
As for the Light Commercial Vehicles portfolio in Europe, it will even be completely electrified before the end of 2021.
