Varanasi, Apr 4 (UNI) In yet another master stroke to ensure a clean and green environment in the state, the Yogi Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh has set up a unique ‘Plastic Bank’ in Varanasi, the Parliamentary constituency of PM Modi, where all the transactions are taking place in plastic.
