May 6, 2021 Blaine Havens is the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center’s February Student of the Month. Blaine is a senior from Beaver Local High School and is enrolled in the Precision Machining and Manufacturing (PMM) Program under the instruction of Mr. Matt Peters. Blaine has taken College Credit Plus (CCP) classes since 2018 and is a current member of the Youngstown State Honors College earning the Gene Haas Foundation Scholarship. Upon graduation, Blaine will have earned 38 college credits toward a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
