VAN WERT – Bringing joy and celebration to a community that has
experienced the challenges and hardships due to the impact of the
Covid-19 global pandemic hasn’t been the easiest thing this Christmas
season, but thanks to the effort of such organizations as The Van Wert
Service Club, Optimist Club of Van, Main Street Van Wert and Van Wert
Parks Department, Fountain Park glows with the efforts of residents who
worked hard to bring the spirit of Christmas to the area.

MIDDLE POINT – Instead of doing a present exchange and to help spread holiday cheer, students in Mr. Alessandrini, Mrs. Kemler, and Mrs. Wendel s
classes made Christmas cards for patients and healthcare workers at Van
Wert Health and also for residents and healthcare workers at Van Wert
Manor.
With the help of Jen Eddy, the kindergarten paraprofessional,
students were able to create at least two cards that were delivered this
week.
