NYPD commissioner says arrest made in February shooting slay on S.I.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Police have arrested a suspect in the February shooting death of a man on the North Shore, NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea announced Friday night.
According to a tweet from Shea, authorities apprehended Arthur Williams in Syracuse Friday morning, and he’s since been transported back to the Island to face charges for his alleged killing of 26-year-old Latiff Dudley of Graniteville.
Shea credited detectives in the 120th Precinct and the Regional Fugitive Task Force, a partnership of more than 80 federal, state, or local agencies and five fully operational offices in the area around New York and New Jersey.

Scott Van Duzer, owner of Big Apple Pizza in Fort Pierce and founder of the Van Duzer Foundation nonprofit, started “Slices for Seniors” at the beginning of the pandemic.
Van Duzer and groups of volunteers and donors would deliver pizzas to the facilities, along with t-shirts and handmade cards.
