The actors have suited back up as Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar, though it s for an advertisement. Uber Eats has shelled out a bunch of cash to get the pair back together for the company s Super Bowl ad, and ahead of the full advertisement on February 7, you can watch a teaser trailer below.
The clip is just 30 seconds, and mainly revolves around a joke where for legal reasons Wayne and Garth can t say they re in a Super Bowl ad.

Everyone knows that Super Bowl ads draw in just as many viewers, if not more, than the big game itself, so it comes as no surprise that Super Bowl “ad events” get their own teaser trailers now ahead of February 7th.
On Monday, Uber Eats unveiled the teaser for their
Wayne’s World reunion ad, where Mike Myers and Dana Carvey reprise their roles as Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar from the
Advertisement
The two then spend the rest of the ad referencing “the game” and “big bowl” so as to avoid copyright infringement of the Super Bowl.

This isn’t the first time that the pair have reunited in the last year, with the cast of the classic 1992 film taking part in Josh Gad’s
Reunited Apart series in December, including Alice Cooper, Lara Flynn Boyle and Ed O’Neill. Queen’s Brian May and Roger Taylor also took part to discuss the use of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ in the film.

They took the world by storm in the ’90s, and now they’re back to rake in some sweet Super Bowl cash.
The food delivery app recruited the cable access personalities, who started out as a “Saturday Night Live” sketch, for its big game spot at Super Bowl 2021, aka Super Bowl LV, this Sunday.
The metalhead duo took their special lingo (”Schwing!” “That’s what she said.” “Party on! Excellent!”) from Wayne’s parents’ basement in Aurora, Illinois to the big screen in the hit 1992 film “Wayne’s World.”
