Hello there, NXT fans! It’s Tuesday evening, which means it’s time for another episode of NXT also known as the place where Karrion Kross DOESN’T get pinned in a squash by a midcard babyface who was on a losing streak and puts their feet on the ropes to win! I’m Jeremy Thomas, as usual, and tonight we have a real big show with fallout from Kross’ attack on Samoa Joe last week, Raquel Gonzalez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Xia Li, Franky Monet back in action, and more! There’s a lot going on so without further ado, let’s get right into it.
A Women s Championship match is set for tonight s episode of NXT.
In her third title defense since becoming champion, Raquel Gonzalez will put the NXT Women s Championship on the line against Xia Li. The match was set up when Li confronted Gonzalez after Dakota Kai defeated Ember Moon on last week s NXT episode.
Samoa Joe will appear tonight and respond to NXT Champion Karrion Kross attack from last Tuesday. After Joe was the special guest referee for his NXT Championship defense against Johnny Gargano, Kross choked Joe out with the Kross Jacket.
Kross made his Raw debut last night and lost to Jeff Hardy.

NXT started off with Samoa Joe making his entrance . Joe was wearing a t-shirt and gym athletic pants. Joe said “tick tock tick tock, guess who’s come to smash your clock”. William Regal showed up and said that Joe can’t just come out and call out superstars. Joe said “unless provoked” and he’s provoked. Regal said that he was provoked during the match. Joe talked about Regal not being able to control Kross, which led to Kross even showing up on Raw without Regal’s knowledge. Regal noted that Kross is on his way to NXT. Joe said that it will end tonight, but it won’t end peacefully. Joe said someone will end up being put to sleep tonight…

Things are getting interesting around here as Karrion Kross choked out Samoa Joe last week, only to go up to Raw and get pinned in less than two minutes by Jeff Hardy. That would suggest that a title change is afoot, and hopefully they find an interesting way to set it up. Let’s get to it.

Here is Samoa Joe to get things going and he looks ready to fight. Joe calls him out but gets William Regal instead. Regal says this isn’t what they agreed to and Joe can’t do this but Joe says he was provoked. Did Regal know about Kross’ trip to Raw last week? Of course not, because Regal doesn’t control the man. Regal says Kross is on his way here and things will be settled peacefully.
