The most magical place on Earth will soon be filled with life again. Disneyland is set to re-open sometime in April, after California issued new guidance on theme parks earlier this month. Under these new rules, counties in the red tier can reopen theme parks in California.
However, Disney CEO Bob Chapek says it could take some time to reopen the parks because they will have to recall the 10,000 workers who had to be furloughed when the park was closed. All employees will also have to undergo new training on operational procedures that have changed during the pandemic.

No Fastpass in Traffic Court: County resumes in-person hearings

EDWARDSVILLE Madison County courts resumed limited in-person hearings Monday with a busy Traffic Court.
Normally one of the largest court dockets, Traffic Court also is known for efficiently processing cases.
Because of the pandemic and nearly a year since Chief Circuit Judge William Mudge began limiting courtroom activities, things have moved slowly and a backlog has been created, according to Associate Judge Ryan Jumper.
Jumper was overseeing his first Traffic Court Monday after serving in family court.
“This is the people’s house,” Jumper said. “We serve them, and that service has been hampered in the last year. We are being innovative, and we are working hard to reopen so that no matter how long this continues we will have a process and procedure in place to keep things moving.”
