I understand the focus on the quarterback situation for the Broncos, it is the most important position on a team that struggled and a quarterback who struggled. And while many fans feel this roster is a quarterback away from being a playoff team, I want to examine my top 3 positions of need outside of quarterback and possible solutions for those problems.
Now I expect some may disagree with my choices and others may feel I m overlooking other key needs but here are my top 3 needs the Broncos should address this off-season:

1. Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest eating day of the year.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Super Bowl Sunday is America s second-largest food consumption day. (Only Thanksgiving Day beats it.)
2. Those rumors about sewage systems failing because of all the flushing toilets during halftime are just that: rumors.

A persistent rumor says that sewage systems in major cities occasionally fail during Super Bowl halftimes, because a large volume of people supposedly all flush their toilets simultaneously. Don t worry! There s absolutely no evidence to support this claim.

After briefly joining NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on stage Thursday to highlight the remarkable collaborative effort it took to reach the Super Bowl on time, NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith urged the league to make more progress.
Two minorities were hired for seven head coach openings this offseason. There were three Black head coaches when the Rooney Rule was adopted in 2003 and there are three now, despite several changes to the rule to help promote more opportunities.

The Baltimore Ravens didn’t take to midfield for any celebrations Saturday night the way they did seven days earlier at Nissan Stadium.
They had no reason. The Ravens never led and ultimately lost 17-3 to the Buffalo Bills in an AFC Divisional playoff game at Buffalo.
However, Tennessee Titans players – past and present – took to Twitter to celebrate the Bills’ historic triumph and trolled the Ravens on Twitter. And they felt completely justified in doing so.
In Week 11, players and coaches from Tennessee and Baltimore got into a pregame confrontation after the Titans ran out of the tunnel and to the Ravens’ logo at M&T Bank Stadium. Titans players have said that they have done that before every game for several seasons, going back to when Mike Mularkey was head coach.

As the director of player wellness at the NFL Players Association, Dr. Amber Cargill is always searching for ways to help players retain important information. Oftentimes her most effective allies are the wives and significant others, which is one reason she arranged a virtual meeting with about 15 of them on a recent Tuesday.
