WASHINGTON, DC A second Virginia man is facing weapons charges after he was detained at an inauguration checkpoint in D.C. early Sunday morning, according to a Metropolitan Police Department report.
Police say that Guy Berry, 22, of Gordonsville, Virginia approached an inauguration checkpoint around 12:15 a.m., in 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, Northeast.
