Civil rights attorney Leo Terrell applauded women buying more guns along with the rest of the population, saying “they want to protect their family” and are “afraid” of the falling levels of police support.

Gun sales continue to surge, as they have throughout the coronavirus pandemic. “Fox & Friends” host Ainsley Earhardt prompted the exchange by stating that “half” of gun buyers are women.
“Bravo. Bravo,” Terrell responded. “Because women, just like men, just like anyone in this country, want to protect their family. And they feel if they cannot rely on law enforcement, they have no other person to depend on other than [themselves].”
