Work progressing on luxury seafront apartments in Ramsgate on former Pleasurama site

Work on a luxury seafront development on a site left derelict for 23 years is steaming ahead with the second phase of work now under way.
Blueberry Homes, which is behind the Royal Sands scheme in Ramsgate, has revealed phase two is âprogressing nicelyâ, with the erection of a third block of apartments.

It comes just seven months after construction started at the site with phase one, involving 26 apartments in the blocks closest to the Ramsgate Tunnels.
These first homes are expected to be ready to move into by the summer.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP Two suspects have been arrested in association with the shooting deaths of two women at a Clinton Township apartment complex.
On Jan. 25, the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office authorized felony warrants for Darrell Semaj Banks, 19, of Mount Clemens, and Dajuan Dion-Diego Davenport, 20, of Warren.
Both have been charged with two counts of first-degree homicide, which are punishable by up to life in prison. They were also charged with a two-year felony firearm.

Two men have been charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree murder, in the Friday slaying of two women in Clinton Township, the Macomb County Prosecutor s Office said.
Darrell Semaj Banks, 19, of Mount Clemens and Dajuan Dion-Diego Davenport, 20, of Warren each face charges of two counts of homicide in the first degree and possession of a firearm, according to a news release from the Clinton Township Police Department.
Banks and Davenport are facing life sentences for the homicide charges and an additional two years for the firearm felonies.
The two men are accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Dazhane Jasmine Holloway and 18-year-old Dionna Janae Davis in front of their home at the Knottingham Apartments in Clinton Township on Friday, police said.

Multiple police cars were parked outside Premier Brian Pallister’s home Saturday afternoon, in anticipation of an anti-lockdown protest, which in the end never happened.
