El Paso Woman Melts Down at Tropical Smoothie Café Earlier this month, one woman in El Paso was caught on multiple devices, causing a scene in a local Tropical Smoothie Cafe.   The woman, who has been identified as 45-year-old Pamela Underwood, became irate after an employee reportedly touched her cellphone while helping Underwood. The customer can be seen demanding a refund for unknown reasons-maybe the smoothie was too smooth? The conversation gets heated, and Underwood becomes angrier and angrier, yelling, swearing, and using racially charged language. As the cashier gives Underwood her refund, she instructs her to leave the store, which she complies, right before chunking her smoothie right into the poor cashier s face and chest.

After a little more than two years in business, the Burgerim at 3811 Fairfax Drive is closed. Thanks to a reader tip, we can confirm that the restaurant closed before the new year.
