Las Vegas Jewelry Week looks like it’s happening this year, just a little later than usual.
Couture, the high-end jewelry show that generally runs in early June, is moving to late August in 2021, meaning it will run just before JCK Las Vegas, and alongside the opening days of Luxury by JCK.
The upcoming edition of Couture will run from Tues., Aug. 24, to Thurs., Aug. 26, at the Wynn Las Vegas. A preview event will take place on the evening of Mon., Aug. 23.
In a statement, show organizers Emerald Exhibitions promised to “implement the highest safety protocols and measures recommended by health officials and government agencies.”

Virtual jewelry trade shows have become the norm in the COVID-19 era but it may not be long before we all meet in person again.
The 66th Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 23–27 by its organizer, Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), announced today that it’s making the switch from an in-person fair to an all-virtual trade show, now dubbed the BGJF Virtual Trade Fair, to take place in May.
