For $10, those who wish to visit Rocky Mountain National Park of the town of Estes Park can now catch the Bustang. Those in the mountains who want to travel down to Denver for a night can also use the service. Northbound trips to Estes Park depart from Union Station in the morning, while the southbound routes start in Estes Park in the afternoon and evening.

Estes Park Trail Gazette: Earlier this month the Town Board scheduled a study session on transparency and the different laws that require the Board to share information with the public. That meeting took place prior to Tuesday’s (Jan. 26) Board meeting.
“Sunshine Laws, what transparency is and what it is not, and the multiple ways the Town meets transparency requirements will also be evaluated,” said Mayor Wendy Koenig ahead of the meeting.
The study session item began with Town Attorney Dan Kramer giving a presentation on the Open Meetings Law and Open Records Act which apply to all municipalities in Colorado.
