Holbeach charity reunites historic picture with Lifeboat

A charity has ensured that a photograph of a heroic member of a lifeboat crew has been returned to its rightful owners.
Among the items which were left at Chosen Holbeachâs stores was a historic picture of a seafaring gentleman with a pipe.
Thanks to the detective work of manager Sammy Favell, the picture of Captain John Dobson was handed over to a representative of Donna Nook Coastguard last week.
This picture of Captain Dobson was handed in to Chosen Holbeach before being reunited with Donna Nook coastguard (43991185)
Sammy was over the moon to have been able to reunite the picture with the coastguard.
