Missouri health director says he’ll testify to lawmakers on vaccine rollout next week By Tessa Weinberg Democratic lawmakers expressed frustration this week when two key figures leading Missouri’s vaccine distribution abruptly canceled their scheduled testimony before a House committee Wednesday evening.
