The first kit is a binary code bracelet that kids can make while following along with a library YouTube video. Bracelet activity kits can be picked up at either the main or St. Paul library branch from March 22 to March 28 as part of the city’s Healthy Kids Community Challenge. The kit will see kids make a bracelet with different colour beads. The pattern of the beads represents a different letter. So, kids can hide a secret message within their bracelet. This is a great way for kids to get a quick introduction to coding, plus get a fun bracelet they can wear or give away as a gift.
