KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – After what police called a suspicious death on Wednesday, March 31st, Kaukauna authorities are now calling the death a homicide after an extensive investigation.
Police have now identified the deceased individual as 37-year-old Brian Porsche.
Porsche was found dead on Wednesday at the 100 block of W. Division Street in Kaukauna.
Kaukauna police say in a press release Monday night that two people were taken into custody in the Milwaukee area.
Dontae Payne, 26, and Tanya Stammer, 29, were arrested and police are referring charges of Party to a Crime of First Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery.

KAUKAUNA, Wis (NBC 26) Two people are under arrest following a death of a man that was ruled suspicious last week in Kaukauna.
On March 31, Kaukauna Police and paramedics were dispatched to the 100 block of West Division Street for a suspicious death. Upon arrival officers located a man who was found dead inside the residence.
The man was identified as 37-year-old Brian Porsche.
Investigators ruled Porshe s death as suspicious but provided no further information at the time of his death.

A Duluth man is facing arraignment on a charge of first-degree reckless homicide in connection with an overdose death of a woman in Superior in Douglas County Circuit Court.
Court Commissioner Rebecca Lovejoy found probable cause Wednesday, March 31, after hearing testimony from Superior Police Detective Christopher Moe, who was assigned to investigate the June 11, 2020, death of a woman identified only as the victim.
Jeffery Paul Linder, 42, could face up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted for providing drugs that lead to the Superior woman s death.
