Leaving businesses to compete to fill their work forces. To draw in more workers the Superior-Douglas County Area Chamber of Commerce started the Lots of Jobs Lots of Living campaign. A new website was created as a data base for jobs and information on the area to remind people of the plentiful opportunities. Chamber President and CEO Taylor Pedersen says they, “talk to [their] members frequently so we re going to ask them: Where are you seeing your members? And as things progress in the right direction, where are you seeing your employee s coming from?”
