the TV series that had us all hooked on Lady Whistledown s detailing of the events from start to finish.

Netflix dropped some big “Bridgerton” news that’s got the ton buzzing Tuesday, revealing that the hit Shonda Rhimes romance series has received early renewals for Seasons 3 and 4. Now even though those two are a ways away, as production has just begun on Season 2, TheWrap thought that because many of you took Season 1 star Regé-Jean Page’s exit ahead of the second season pretty hard, it would be a good idea to prepare our dear readers for the most likely candidates to take over as leads for “Bridgerton’s” third and fourth season.
Last December,
Bridgerton debuted on Netflix to much fanfare. The hit period piece, based on Julia Quinn s romance novels, made stars of Phoebe Dynevor and Regé-Jean Page and introduced viewers to a world dominated by society galas, family drama, and delicious gossip. The Shonda Rhimes-produced show was such a success that it was renewed for a second season in January. Now, Netflix will renew the series for a third
and fourth season.

Bridgerton has been commissioned for two new seasons.
The popular period drama - which stars Phoebe Dynevor and Rege-Jean Page - first hit TV screens in December and was recently renewed for a second series, and Netflix has now confirmed that the hit show will return for a third and fourth series.
The streaming service said on Twitter: Breaking news from the ton! Bridgerton is returning for seasons three AND four! (sic)
Netflix also shared a message from the show s gossip, Lady Whistleton, which read: Esteemed members of the ton. It seems we have a rather special announcement. Bridgerton shall return for seasons three and four. This author shall have to purchase more ink⦠Yours Truly, Lady Whistledown (sic).
