Non-essential shops were given the go-ahead to reopen today (April 12) as we enter stage two of the government s roadmap to lifting coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
It is the first time in months that non-essential shops have been able to open and shoppers aren t wasting any time getting back inside their buildings.
