A press release from MKU said that a webinar was organised as part of the event. MKU Vice-Chancellor M. Krishnan presided over the event. In his presidential address, he pointed out that if principles of Swami Vivekananda are followed by the youth, it will lead the nation towards the its development. K. The case was registered on a written communication for an in-depth investigation under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code against the erring officials, a spokesperson of the Crime Branch Jammu said in a statement here.

Mangalore University MANGALURU: As many as 510 final year students of Mangalore University who could not take their examination a few months back due to Covid-19 have been given an opportunity to take it through special examinations. The special examinations will be held from December 23 to January 8, 2021, said PL Dharma, registrar (evaluation). The examination will be held at seven centres including the one at Sri Lanka High commission office. The other centres are: University College, Hampankatta, FMKMC, Madikeri, Vivekananda College, Puttur, Alvas College, Moodbidri, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College, Udupi and Mangalagangothri campus. Earlier, special examinations were allowed only to those candidates who were part of sports, NCC, NSS and cultural activities. But this is the first time the government has allowed others who missed the end semester examinations due to Covid-19.
