Microsoft Viva: Employee Experience Platform for Teams and Microsoft 365 2 months ago Microsoft has unveiled “Viva,” a new employee experience platform (EXP) designed to integrate with Teams and Microsoft 365. EXP is a $300 billion a year industry and is more important than ever during the pandemic. While an unprecedented number of employees are working from home, the response to remote work has been a mixed bag. Microsoft is looking to address these issues with Viva, while simultaneously disrupting the EXP industry.

Enter Microsoft Viva. No, not the clapped out old Vauxhall that you, a parent or a grandparent learned to drive in (or the more recent exercise in badge engineering), but a set of tools targeting Engagement, Wellbeing, Learning and Knowledge.
