Addressing the Kisans in Punjab’s Malwa area, Ugrahan said, “I am saying this even today dare to touch us. I am seriously saying this. If anyone of you get any notice, burn it, burn it. Let me know if Delhi Police enters our village. Declare that any police whether from Punjab or Delhi must not enter village.”
