Microsoft has quashed rumours that they would be hosting the Elden Ring gameplay reveal (the “World Premiere”) in an Xbox platform livestream reportedly taking place on 23rd March, but there is a gameplay trailer doing the rounds despite this.
It was Xbox Games Marketing boss Aaron Greenberg who took to twitter to pooh-pooh the rumours, saying quite plainly, “this is not happening.” He even seemed to put a dampener on a March Xbox stream as well, as he said, “There are always things we have in the works, but nothing coming soon that would feature game announcements or world premieres like this.”
