Judge declares missing Yuma man dead
A judge rules William Hardy s death the day he went missing
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A Yuma County Superior Court judge declares a missing man since 2019 officially dead.
62-year-old William Hardy was last seen driving his Chevy pick-up truck from his home on February 16, 2019, and was never seen again.
Border Patrol agents found Hardy s vehicle in a remote section of the Sonoran Desert 50 days after he went missing.
Last week, attorneys requested the judge to determine whether Hardy should be declared legally dead, adding the investigation led nowhere.

Oracle Database 21c review: The old RDBMS is new again
Major upgrade to the ever-evolving Oracle Database brings JavaScript support, graph optimisations, in-memory enhancements, and dramatic improvements to JSON operations and in-database machine learning. Credit: Oracle
Oracle Database 21c, the new release of the longtime industry leading RDBMS, is currently available in the Oracle Cloud, where it can be deployed as a Virtual Machine DB System (for clusters and single instance) or a Bare Metal DB System (single instance). It’s also available in the Autonomous Database Free Tier Service, with limited storage and CPU capacity. It will be available more broadly later this year, including on-premises.
