A LIFESAVING defibrillator has been installed at a local church in memory of a much loved and fondly recalled member of the congregation. Florence McGregor, who was in her nineties, was well known at Skelmorlie and Wemyss Bay Parish having been a worshipper since 1982. She passed away last year and part of her bequest to the church has been used to buy a defibrillator which will help save lives in future. It is registered with the emergency services, so that anyone calling 999 can be directed to it. A plaque erected alongside says: In grateful memory of Florence (Flo) McGregor, a member of this church from 1982 to 2019 .
