Orphan: First Kill, with the actress recently taking to Instagram to show off a behind-the-scenes photo from the film s set. It s not so much a surprise that the talented actress would be returning for the project, more that the film focuses on a young girl and a decade has passed since we last saw the actress in the role of Esther, when she was meant to be a nine-year-old girl.

Orphan star Isabelle Fuhrman has shared the first look at the prequel to the chilling horror film, and things look set to get messy.
The original 2009 film starred Fuhrman as a young Estonian girl adopted by a family who were naive to her haunting history.
