June 22, 2021 The defendants will go on trial starting November 8. Three of the four are from Rapid City, including: 32-year-old Tracy Laughlin The fourth person is 38-year-old Gilbert Reyna of Missouri. All four are charged with aiding and abetting first degree murder, aggravated assault, and second-degree kidnapping. The body of 20-year-old Jesus Vance of Rapid City was then found inside a room. The four suspects remain in the Pennington County Jail; each is being held on a $500,000 cash-only bond.
